Trash & Recycling Services

For Residential Customers: Recycling is picked up every other week on the same day as trash. Calendars highlighting your recycle weeks are available for you to reference, and/or print.

Please contact our office at (316) 838-5465, to schedule for extra trash, bulk items or for a special pickup. Additional fees may apply.

Our routes start at 6:00 AM each day. Please have your cart to the curb by that time, or simply set it out the night before.

By 6:00 AM on your service day, please place your trash cart within 2 feet of the curb, 2 feet away from other objects (such as your recycling cart, trees, mailboxes, etc.) and at least 6 feet away from vehicles parked on the street.

Billing & General

Yes, you can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, or bank accounts. There are no additional fees for this service. You can either make a one time payment, or set up automatic payments.

To set up your online account, have your Air Capital | Waste Link invoice, you will need your ACCOUNT NUMBER and the INVOICE NUMBER that are on the invoice.

For new users, enter your account specific details from your invoice to register your online account.

**IMPORTANT UPDATE** With the merger of Air Capital Waste and Waste Link, we also had to merge our computer system. Because of that and for security reasons, for customers that had an account set up before 10/25/19, we no longer have your card information on file and will need you to set up a new account. To set up a new account, please follow the steps above.

Trash service is always prepaid. You will receive an invoice for your next quarter of service in the month before it is due.

We suggest our customers sign up for e-invoices so you receive them through email.

We also have the convenience of a web portal that allows you to pay your bill online, and to set up automatic payments.

Office Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

A $25 fee will be added for returned payments, checks and/or chargebacks.

We close on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.  If these fall on Monday-Friday, the day of the holiday and the following days during that week will run one day behind.  Service days will resume normal schedule the following week.

Customers may pay by phone using a Visa or Mastercard, or with their bank account information (routing and account number). There is no additional charge to pay by phone.
