Trash & Recycling Services

For Residential Customers: Recycling is picked up every other week on the same day as trash. Calendars highlighting your recycle weeks are available for you to reference, and/or print.

Local Police or Your City's Inspection Office.

Please contact our office, (316) 831-7767, to schedule for extra trash, bulk items, or special pickup. Additional fees may apply.

Our routes start at 6:00am each day. Please have your cart out by that time, or simply set it out the night before.

By 6:00am on your service day, please place your trash cart within 2 feet of the curb, 2 feet away from your recycling cart, and 6 feet away from vehicles.

Billing & General

Yes, you can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, or bank accounts. There are no additional fees for this service. You can either make a one time payment, or set up automatic payments.

To set up your online account, have your Air Capital Waste invoice, you will need your customer number and the access code that are on the invoice.

Office Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If these fall on Monday-Friday, the day of the holiday and the following days we will run one day behind.

We accept Visa and Mastercard by phone. There is no additional charge to pay by phone.
